I knew I always wanted to be a part of DECODE but never had I imagined in my wildest dreams about working and leading something AS BIG AS Decode Innovation Conference 2022. It was my 3rd week here at Cal and in USA when I took the plunge to lead Events & Logistics for Decode Innovation Conference 2022. It was almost unreal to see all those months & months of planning come to reality last weekend!

All of this would not have been possible without the team of rockstars that I got to work with! I have the utmost appreciation and admiration for all the Decode team, Decode mentors & Decode Board.
